Privacy Statement
Last updated: January 1, 2026
1. Our Privacy-First Commitment
SwarmSoft builds privacy-first games and tools. Wherever possible, our products process your data locally on your own device — for example, Transcription Studio runs entirely on your machine and your audio never leaves it.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the minimum information needed to operate our Services:
- Support requests. When you submit a support ticket, we store the email address, description, and any screenshot you voluntarily provide, solely so we can respond to and resolve your issue.
- Session cookies. We use a signed session cookie for essential site functionality (such as CAPTCHA verification and, where applicable, keeping you logged in). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
- Server logs. Like most web services, our hosting infrastructure may record standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) for security and operational purposes.
3. What We Do Not Collect
- We do not require accounts or registration for our games.
- We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
4. How We Use Information
Information we collect is used only to:
- Respond to support requests and communicate with you about them.
- Maintain the security, integrity, and performance of the Services.
- Comply with legal obligations where required.
5. Data Retention
Support tickets are retained only as long as needed to resolve your issue and maintain a reasonable support history. Server logs are rotated and deleted on a regular schedule.
6. Data Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through our support page.
9. Changes to This Statement
We may update this Privacy Statement from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page, with the "last updated" date revised accordingly.
10. Contact
